Help with Stillplay
Stillplay gives you one small creative mission a day, and a private archive of what you noticed. There is no account and no server — everything you make stays on your phone. If something is not working, this page should cover it.

Common questions
Do I need an account to use Stillplay?
No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no password. You open the app, choose a name and a few interests once, and start. Nothing about you is sent anywhere.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone, in the operating system's secure local storage. Your missions, reflections, and the photos you attach never leave the device. The full details are in the privacy policy.
How is the daily mission chosen?
One mission is selected per day, based on the date and the interests you picked. It is the same pick every time you open the app that day, so you and the mission stay in step. A new one arrives the next day.
I attached a photo — was it uploaded?
No. Stillplay stores only a reference to the photo already on your phone. The image itself is never copied, uploaded, or sent to any server.
What is Pro, and how do I buy it?
Pro is a preview of what's coming — unlimited missions, a larger archive, personalised quests, and more. It is not available to purchase yet. Nothing in the app charges you, and there is no subscription in this version.
How do I delete everything?
Two ways, both permanent:
- Open Stillplay → Profile → Delete account & data
- Or delete the app from your phone
Either one wipes the local data. There is no copy on a server, because there is no server.
Will my missions sync to another device?
Not in this version. Because everything is stored locally and privately, your archive lives on the device you made it on. Deleting the app removes it, and it will not return after reinstalling.
